In 2013 I teamed up with members of London's Tibetan diaspora to produce a workshop on food and identity. The workshop led to an ongoing relationship which informed the content of Tibetan displays in the Horniman Museum and Garden's World Gallery. Although Tibetan material culture is well represented in museum collections in the UK, the workshop was the first methodical attempt to collaborate with the diaspora.
